Build customer network from scratch: Develop clients including automotive seat Tier1, smart cockpit Tier1 & Tier2 suppliers, OEM research institutes and purchasing departments via industry connections, exhibitions and referrals from solution partners. Establish automotive-grade customer resources and achieve annual sales targets.
End-to-end project management: Be responsible for flexible pressure sensors (occupant detection for seats, steering wheel hands-off detection, smart interior solutions). Conduct demand mining, technical solution communication, sample testing, commercial negotiation and project award implementation; follow up the full lifecycle from initial contact to mass production delivery.
Support automotive supply chain qualification: Cooperate with internal technical, quality and production teams to support customer factory audits, qualification verification, PPAP submission and AEC-Q200 certification procedures. Promote our products to be included in customers’ Approved Supplier List (ASL).
Market information feedback: Track policies for automotive sensors, competitor dynamics and evolving customer demands. Regularly deliver market analysis reports to support corporate product iteration and adjustment of automotive strategy.
Payment collection & customer relationship management: Track payment collection throughout project cycles, maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and explore new project opportunities from existing clients.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in automotive-grade sensors, automotive electronics or automotive interior components. Proven track record of independent communication with Tier1/Tier2 suppliers and OEM purchasing/R&D teams.
Familiar with automotive supply chain qualification procedures, basic standards including IATF16949 and AEC-Q200, with complete project delivery experience.
Capability to develop new customers from zero to one; able to independently complete demand discovery, solution promotion and commercial negotiation. Able to withstand performance pressure during the startup phase.
Basic technical literacy; capable of communicating with both customer technical and purchasing teams to accurately deliver product value and feedback customer requirements.
